    SHIPPING

    Australian Orders

    • FREE Shipping: On orders over $100 within Australia (some exclusions apply).
    • Flat Rate Standard: $9.95 for all other orders (2-8 Business Days).
    • Same-Day Dispatch: For orders received on business days before midday, we book collection that same day. Orders after midday are requested the following business day.

    The Fine Print (No Jargon)

    • Standard Post: Free shipping applies to standard post within Australia only.
    • No PO Boxes: Our carriers can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses. We need a physical address to get the goods to you.
    • Signature Required: We require a signature on delivery for certain items because we’d hate for your gear to go on its own solo holiday.
    • Public Holidays: Orders placed on Victorian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
    • International: We aren’t shipping internationally right now, but we’ll let you know when that changes.

    A Quick Heads-up While we move faster than a kid toward a waterslide, delivery times are approximate. We do our best to hit the early side of the window, but we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (like courier-sized hiccups).

    Same Day Delivery Shipping

    Get your gear fast, without the fuss. At Loopym, we know you’d rather be floating in the pool than waiting by the front gate for the delivery truck. Here is how we get your pool essentials from our shed to your deck chair with zero stress.

    The "Need it Now" Same-Day Service

    If you’re in an eligible postcode and the sun is beating down, we’ve got you covered.

    • The Cut-off: Place your order by 12pm, Monday to Friday, to qualify for same-day dispatch.
    • The Cost: Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100.
    • Small Orders: For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $14.99 applies.
    • Australia Only: We currently only ship within Australia - keeping it local for our fellow backyard legends.

    Delivery Tracking & Updates

    While we are all about that high-tech life, our delivery tracking is currently in "work-in-progress" mode. 

    • Network Delivery: Because everything is delivered through our partner network, live tracking isn't available just yet.
    • The Future is Fast: Don't worry, our team is working hard to integrate real-time tracking directly into the app so you can watch your chlorine's journey from your deck chair.

    Delivery Timelines & Logistics

    While our AI is smart, it can't conjure stock out of thin air.

    • Out of Stock: If a supplier is temporarily out of stock, we will ship your items as soon as humanly possible.
    • Standard Arrival for out of stock temporary items: If an order is out of stock it will land on your doorstep within 1–3 days of being placed.
    • Smart Substitutions: We value getting you the right chemicals over the exact bag size. If you order 10kg of alkalinity and we're low on big bags, we might send 2x 5kg bags instead to ensure you aren't left high and dry.

    Where We Can (and Can't) Go

    We love a good backyard, but some spots are a bit too tricky for our delivery legends.

    • Check Your Address: Addresses cannot be updated after purchase. Please double-check your details before hitting that button so your chlorine doesn't end up at your ex's place.
    • No PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses. We need a physical spot to drop the goods.
    • Ground Floor Only: We deliver to standard residential and commercial properties with ground-floor access.
    • No High-Rises: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to high-rise apartments or any non-ground floor properties. Our drivers need to be able to drop and go so they can get back to helping other pool owners stay smug.
    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    We are here to make life dreamy, not difficult - that's why returns/exchanges are fuss-free!

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@loopym.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
