When it comes to warranties, we like to keep things simple and transparent - no fine-print surprises, no endless phone queues. All equipment products and anything else eligible sold through Loopym is covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty, and we handle the entire claim process for you from start to finish. If something goes wrong, we’ll help make it right - fast.

How it works

If your product develops a fault or stops performing as it should, it’s covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. That means the manufacturer is responsible for assessing, repairing, or replacing the product - and we act as your go-between to make sure it all runs smoothly.

Once you’ve let us know what’s happening, we’ll get in touch with the manufacturer and submit a warranty claim on your behalf. From there, the manufacturer will send a technician to your property to inspect, repair, or replace the item directly. Most customers find this the quickest and easiest way to get back up and running - no packing boxes, no waiting around for freight.

If you’d rather send it back to us

Not everyone wants a technician visit, and that’s fine too. If you prefer, you can ship the product back to our warehouse in Victoria, and we’ll handle the process directly with the manufacturer. Just note that:

  • Return shipping costs aren’t covered if you choose this option over the standard manufacturer's warranty process.
  • It can take a little longer, since we need to receive, inspect, and then forward the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

We’ll always keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly where things are at.

We love getting your stuff to you, as quickly as possible!

All orders placed before midday (AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped the following business day.

Please note - Our carrier cannot deliver to a PO BOX.

Australian Orders

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $100 within Australia*. Some exclusions apply - please see more information below. 

We offer Flat Rate Standard Shipping for all other orders - $9.95 (2-6 Business Days)*.

  • *Free shipping uses standard post and is valid for orders within Australia Only
  • *Free shipping does not apply to Ledge Lounger. Shipping costs for these items is updated at checkout, or invoiced to the customer if there is an outstanding amount. As shipping costs for Ledge Lounger items is determined by the manufacturer, any difference in shipping cost will be invoiced to the customer. Where more than 1 Ledge Lounger is purchased, additional shipping costs apply.
  • *Free Shipping also excludes Mooi Living, Barel Designs Dinner Sets and Gaiam Yoga Mats as they are a bulky item. Shipping for these items is updated at checkout.
  • All orders within Australia will be delivered via Sendle from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC. For orders received on business days prior to midday, we book a sendle collection on the same day. Orders received after midday will be requested the following business day. We require signature on delivery to avoid lost or stolen goods.
  • Orders placed after midday the day before, or on a Victorian public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
  • We cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
  • Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are not currently shipping Internationally. We will update this as soon as possible.
  • While Pool House endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible, the delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

We are here to make life dreamy, not difficult - that's why returns/exchanges are fuss-free!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@loopym.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
