The "Need it Now" Same-Day Collection

Not every product lives in the fast lane, but for the essentials that do, look for the "Same-Day Delivery" label. This service is specifically for local legends in eligible postcodes who need their gear today.

• The Cut-off: Place your order by 12pm (Midday), Monday to Friday, to qualify for same-day dispatch.
• The Timing: Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or during public holidays will be delivered the very next business day.
• The Cost: Same-Day Delivery is FREE on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat "Need it Now" fee of $24.99 applies.
• Australia Only: We currently only ship within Australia - keeping it local for our fellow backyard legends.

The Reality Check: Delays & Backorders

While our AI is smart, it hasn't mastered conjuring stock out of thin air or controlling the traffic. Same-day delivery is an aim, not a 100% guarantee. 

Backorders: High demand means certain products may occasionally be on backorder. If an item in your same-day order isn't on the shelf, we won't leave you hanging—we will contact you immediately to let you know the revised timeline.

Smart Substitutions: Chemistry Over Branding

We value your water balance over specific labels or bag sizes. To ensure we hit that same-day expectation and keep you swimming:

• Size Swaps: If you order a 10kg bag of alkalinity and we’re low on that specific SKU, we may send 2x 5kg bags instead.
• Brand Swaps: If the brand you ordered is out of stock, we may swap it for an available brand with the exact same chemical contents. Our priority is getting the right science into your water so you aren't left high and dry waiting for a specific package.

Standard Australian Shipping

For everything else in the Loopym shop that isn't part of the Same-Day Collection, we use our reliable standard network to reach every backyard in Australia.

• FREE Shipping: Spend over $100 and standard shipping is on us (some exclusions apply).
• Flat Rate: For all other orders under $100, it’s a simple $9.95 flat fee.
• Dispatch Speed: While we aim for speed, please allow up to 2 business days for standard orders to leave our warehouse during busy periods.
• Delivery Hiccups: Once the gear leaves our hands, unforeseen circumstances (like courier-sized hiccups or extreme weather) can happen. If there is a delay in the network, we’ll reach out.
• Arrival Time: Once dispatched, expect your gear within 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Delivery Tracking & Updates

We believe in transparency, even when the tech is still catching up to our speed.

• Same-Day Collection Tracking: Because these items are delivered through our specialised partner network to ensure they reach you today, live tracking isn't available just yet. We are working hard to integrate real-time tracking directly into the app so you can watch your chlorine's journey from your deck chair.
• Standard Shipping Tracking: For all other orders, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear is dispatched. You can follow your delivery’s progress directly through the Shop app or you can get updates on your order here.

Where We Can (and Can't) Go 

We love a good backyard, but some spots are a bit too tricky for our delivery legends when we're moving at light speed.

• Check Your Address: Addresses cannot be updated after purchase. Please double-check your details before hitting that button so your chlorine doesn't end up at your ex's place.
• No PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses. We need a physical spot to drop the goods.
• Ground Floor Only: We deliver to standard residential and commercial properties with ground-floor access.
• No High-Rises: Unfortunately, we cannot ship same-day orders to high-rise apartments or any non-ground floor properties. Our drivers need to be able to drop and go so they can get back to helping other pool owners stay smug.

We are here to make life dreamy, not difficult - that's why returns/exchanges are fuss-free!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@loopym.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
